How to choose the right Mortgage Broker - 1

How to choose the right Mortgage Broker - 1
.
An essential determining factor in choosing the right Mortgage Broker
is assessing how the Mortgage Broker relates to Real Estate Agents.
.
.
1) How can you assess a Mortgage Broker ?
.
You can accurately rate a Mortgage Broker based on the following criteria.
The Mortgage Broker should in be a Mortgage Coach for the Property Buyer,
and should do this from a pragmatic perspective.
and should also consider the interests of the Property Seller.
The Real Estate Agent should in most cases represent the interests of the Property Seller,
and therefore should do this from a realistic perspective
by considering also the interests of the Property Buyer.
.
2) Why should the right Mortgage Broker use ethical Advertising ?
.

Almost all Home Loan Ads use this line,
"We will find the best Home Loan for you",
whereas the Home Loan Company should say,
"We will find the right Mortgage Broker who will assist you to obtain the best Home Loan,
and also will assist you in negotiating to get the best Price for your Property purchase."
To simply say that "We are only interested in selecting the right Home Loan",
shows that the Mortgage Broker is acting passively as an Order Taker,
and is not assisting with the process of Buying and Selling Real Estate.
.
3)  Why do some Mortgage Brokers use 'selecting the right Loan' to
preclude Wholesale Rate Home Loans ?
.
Gimmicky Home Loan Ads are carefully worded so as to give the Customer
the impression that they have access to 100's of Loans,
when in reality Wholesale Rate Home Loans are not offered as an option.
.
.
'We will find the Best Home Loan' Ads are usually just a tactic to keep people on the
Mortgage Merry-Go-Round, continually being "Switched" from Bank A to Bank B to Bank C,
 and then back to A.

.
The right Mortgage Adviser will encourage Home buyers to get  off the Mortgage Merry-Go-Round by offering Clients the opportunity to access Wholesale Rate Home Loans .
.

4) Would you like your Mortgage Broker to assist you to
get the best Price for your Property purchase ?
.
A Mortgage Adviser cannot directly influence the Price
of the Property purchased, but the Credit Adviser should be
acting as a Mortgage Coach giving confidence to the Home Buyer
to negotiate for the best price. This does not mean a confrontational approach
toward the Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent is trying to create
the best possible outcome in the Sales process for both the Buyer and Seller,
and the Credit Adviser should proactively facilitate this process.
